Strategically located on Calle 50 in Panama City, this entity is an integral part of the renowned business conglomerate GRUPO PRIVATE ASSET MANAGEMENT, which has an outstanding track record of more than 35 years in the Panamanian market.
We have an interdisciplinary team with extensive experience and track record in planning, execution and supervision of works, which represents added value for our clients and ensures successful results. OUR TEAM
A team of professionals in different fields, with extensive experience and a solid track record, is responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of each project, adding significant value to our projects to ensure the best results and the highest quality standards.
Ing. Jose M. Fernández-Pirla
Of Spanish nationality, a citizen of the world, and Panamanian by naturalization. CEO & Founder of PRE Construct, a company that is part of PRE Panamá.
He holds a Master's degree in Engineering and Business Finance (UCL & LSE), and an Executive MBA from INCAE Business School. Throughout his professional career, he has held various roles, including: Banking Analyst, Financial Director, Operations Director, Manager, and also mentor.
He has led more than 45 residential, commercial and corporate construction, remodeling projects.
Ing. Mario J Caparroso
Civil Engineer, graduated from the Technological University of Panama. He was a consultant in the program: My School First in coordination with the Ministry of the Presidency and Ministry of Education, Vice President of projects at the Tocumen International Airport in expansion projects for Terminal 2.
Throughout his career he has worked as: resident, administrator and manager of building projects: residential and commercial, high-cost remodeling and any other type.
He has a Postgraduate and Master's Degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Finance; Diploma in Comprehensive Construction Project Management at UNIVERSITY OF LOUISVILLE, seminars in: Project, Project Management Control with the American Company GRUPO CM & D, Preventive maintenance for buildings with UTP and CAPAC.
